Q. Are all of your watches genuine?
A. All watches sold by Darren Reay are GUARANTEED 100% GENUINE AND EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED OR DOUBLE YOUR MONEY BACK - ABSOLUTELY NO ARGUMENTS!!. We sell both new and used watches and ONLY deal with impeccable suppliers when buying stock. All Rolex watches are checked with Rolex HQ in Bexley UK against their 'lost or stolen' register to ensure they have no hidden stories. New watches come with manufacturers guarantee cards unless stated otherwise.
Q. Do you sell used watches?
A. YES!!. We are one of the very few online watch dealers who deal in BOTH new and used timepieces, infact Darren Reay specialises in used Rolex watches. We always stock a huge range of quality 'pre owned' fine timepieces taken in part exchange from our valued clients with prices from £100 to £20,000 to suit all tastes and budgets. All clients are treated exactly the same whether they are spending £100 or £10,000 with us, after all the old phrase 'look after your customers, or somebody else will' comes to mind with EVERY single deal that we do!!. All of our 'pre owned' timepieces are checked to ensure they are 100% authentic and have come from fully checked and verified customers.
Q. Are you an authorised dealer for any of the brands that you sell?
A. No. Authorised dealers are not allowed to sell their watches below RRP or sell them on the internet. They are not allowed to sell used watches on the internet either. All of our new watches come from authorised dealers and are 100% genuine. All of our used watches have been fully checked and verified.
Q. Can the watch be sent to my work/business address?
A. If you pay by cheque, bank transfer, cash or Wire transfer your timepiece can be dispatched to ANY address you choose. Credit/Debit card transactions can ONLY be delivered to the registered card holders address as registered with the issuing bank. Certain exceptions can take place but this is judged on a 'case by case' basis.
Q. Can I collect from your office? A. Of course you can. You MUST make an appointment to view or collect any watch as we DO NOT keep stock at our Central London Office for security purposes. We are not a shop and cannot accept visitors who do not have a prior appointment. Please call us first to ensure the item an in stock item, special 'non stock' orders need to be paid for in advance.
Q. Do you ship WORLDWIDE? A. Yes we ship WORLDWIDE however there are certain countries that we cannot ship to. International customers must pay by either wire transfer or PayPal (confirmed delivery addresses only). |
