Rolex provide a free service whereby the public or trade can call them and check a Rolex watch against their register. They will ask for your address, land line phone number, watch serial number and model number. They go away and check their records and then call you back with the result. Be warned that if it turns out that the watch you have checked is on their register then Rolex will inform the police and you can expect a call or visit from the police soon after.
